About Us RbnLive News and Radio is an innovative online advocacy, education, and entertainment platform
RbnLive News and Radio is an innovative online advocacy, education, and entertainment platform dedicated to promoting social justice, empowering youths, and building individual confidence for self-reliance in the Upper Guinea Coast of West Africa, with a special focus on the Mano River Union countries—Sierra Leone, Liberia, Guinea, and Côte d’Ivoire—and Sierra Leone in particular.
We envision a society where every individual, especially the youth, is empowered, confident, and self-reliant, contributing positively to community development and social justice. We are committed to being a catalyst for change, fostering a culture of informed citizenship, and inspiring hope and resilience in our communities.
Our mission is to inspire positive social change by amplifying the voices of the underserved, fostering informed dialogue, and empowering communities through education and advocacy. We believe in the power of storytelling, digital media, and community engagement to create an inclusive and equitable society.
At RbnLive News and Radio, we harness the power of digital technology and social media to create meaningful change in the Upper Guinea Coast, the Mano River Union countries, and West Africa as a whole. Our mission is to advocate for social justice, empower the youth, educate communities, and provide purposeful entertainment that resonates with the cultural and social realities of the region.
In the Upper Guinea Coast and the Mano River Union countries—Sierra Leone, Liberia, Guinea, and Côte d'Ivoire—social justice challenges are deeply rooted in historical, political, and socio-economic contexts. Issues such as gender inequality, human rights abuses, political marginalization, and social exclusion persist, impacting the lives of vulnerable and marginalized groups.
The youth population in West Africa, particularly within the Mano River Union countries, is growing rapidly, but so are the challenges of unemployment, poverty, political disempowerment, and lack of quality education. We believe that empowered youth are the driving force behind sustainable development and social change.
Education is the cornerstone of social and economic development, but access to quality education remains a challenge in many parts of West Africa. At RbnLive News and Radio, we are committed to bridging this gap by delivering accessible, relevant, and impactful educational content.
